Our Christmas Eve stay was magical, especially with the surprise Christmas gift awaiting us. The cozy, clean room felt inviting, reminiscent of visiting my nana's house.

Room was fantastic, but we did opt for the best they had. Location is brilliant - everything we wanted was right on the doorstep.
Breakfast was a little chaotic, but the place has only been open a few months so they are still sorting themselves out.

Very nice design, very courteous staff, great atmosphere.
The downsides have already been mentioned by other reviewers: the staff is very friendly and courteous, really a pleasure to talk to, but some are not trained and are rather insecure and sometimes impractical in serving breakfast or other meals. They just need a little training by professional staff. Second, there needs to be a proper reception set up in the launch - at present a very young and untrained person sits with a laptop in the launch and needs to struggle out of a huge armchair to pass keys and papers. Why does he/she not even have a proper business chair? Also, the launch is packed with too much furniture - needs to become lighter to be inviting.

Bedrooms were very well designed and equipped. Location was excellent.
Crowded public spaces. Trying to have afternoon yes in the lounge whilst other guests were checking in or waiting for taxis with their luggage was chaotic. Restaurant was very cramped and the food adequate rather than exciting.
